The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.
Bell Mobility Supply Chain is the entity responsible for the efficient flow-through of product from vendor to customer. As a result of trying to achieve effective product turnover, key supply metrics are required to shed light on the overall performance of sales and distribution. As the SAP Reporting Analyst, duties are to capture raw data from the system and manipulate it into tangible information for decision makers. This means providing all levels of sales, shipping & inventory reports ranging from daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly.
The Supply Chain Reporting Analyst gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations. Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain and may suggest improvements or resolutions to problems. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position requires autonomy and a high degree of initiative and decision making with back-up from other team members.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
• Monitor OEM ASN feeds for Bell Mobility handsets, USIMs, Bell TV & Prepaid Virtual PINs ◦Identify and resolve issues with shipments into K&N on a priority basis:
• Work closely with K&N team to complete 'Goods Receipts'
• Identify status of 'missing' IMEI's and communicate results as requested
SAP & SAS reporting
• Gather weekly raw SAP data and manipulate it into valuable reports◦ Create custom queries / transactions in SAP
• Development of SAS reports that can be utilized by Inventory teams on a daily basis
• Organize business requirements into final reporting solutions
• Performa Database design, development and administration on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly DBs
Work with Project team / PMO to propose best practice and solution for process improvements
• Perform testing with IT, internal and external teams as required
Essential qualifications and requirements:
• Bachelor Degree (Computer Science, Business Systems) or equivalence
• High degree of accuracy and detail for communications both verbal and written
• 3 years previous working experience in Reporting / Logistics Management
• 3 years practical experience working with ERP systems
• Previous systems development experience
• Ability to take business requirements and build database reporting solutions
• Medium to Advanced knowledge in SAP
• Medium to Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
• HTML / CSS
• Medium to Advanced knowledge in MS Access
• Medium to Advanced knowledge in VB Script / VBA
• Medium to Advanced knowledge in Web Design / Development
• Knowledge of Bell IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of sFTP / FTP / SSH / PGP protocols and processes
• Knowledge of SAS
Work conditions:
Work schedule: Availability to work some evenings and weekends as required
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
