DESCRIPTION:
CBS Las Vegas is looking for a variety of part-time programming candidates, including On Air Announcers and Board Operators for all six of it's stations, KLUC, KMXB, KXQQ, KXNT, KXTE AND KXST Board Operator * Responsible for running broadcast board inclusive of digital editing, recording and maintaining network feeds. * Protects the company’s FCC license. * May be required to perform light production work * Other duties as required by management. On Air Announcer * Performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative. * Preparing and researching for broadcast. * Protecting the station’s FCC license. * Monitoring the music and commercial logs for the airshift. * Ensuring that promotions and contests are executed properly. * Operating the control board and performing production work. * Making personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts. * Other duties as required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years previous experienced preferred; familiarity with station format required. Must be able to perform with little supervision; familiarity with FCC rules and regulations preferred ;High school diploma required preferred:
