Role Overview:
• Responsibility for management of a weekly SCRUM sprint process in JIRA for 50+ concurrent application migrations (data centre moves)
• Oversight and coordination of PMs, Analysts and Technical resources (onshore / offshore) to deliver successful migrations in the sprint context
• This is a delivery focused role, involving migration planning, prioritisation of tasks and resolution of issues to deliver optimal migration pace
Responsibilities:
• Manage creation, maintenance, tracking and oversight of weekly sprint SCRUM board in JIRA
• Maintain oversight for the regional migration teams (India, UK and US), ensuring consistency and quality across planning artefacts and key outputs
• Ensuring tickets are in place to deliver migrations at an appropriate pace and throughput
• Identification and management of dependencies, ensuring critical path milestones are met to meet the migration schedules
• Coordination of third parties involved across migration teams
• Resolution of key risks and issues to meet planned migration schedules
• Ensuring effective and transparent reporting on progress to inform Programme level reporting
Qualifications
Skills Required:
• SCRUM / Agile
• Strong experience of JIRA and integrations
• SmartSheet
• Strong project management skills are a must, the role requires an individual to manage and prioritise multiple applications and milestones at any given time
• Application migration experience across a complex environment would be preferred
• IT infrastructure and IT applications experience
• Attention to detail and planning skills
