• Support meeting-intensive schedules and assist with day-to-day organization for senior executives on Meredith Video and Strategy team
• Manage booking process and schedule for video studio and oversee Meredith Video facilities, handling all equipment orders and acting as main PoC for all inquires
• Coordinate appearances and talent bookings for Meredith Video production teams
• Maintain editorial and shoot calendars, ensuring schedules are streamlined, aligned, and up to date
• Assume data entry responsibilities and maintain central reports for department
• Assist in copy review and creation & design of business presentations
• Coordinate projects with outside vendors, partners and consultants

Assist production team in scheduling, logistics, video review and handling talent

Project and event coordination, plan and arrange logistics for department
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong project management skills; proactive and extremely detail-oriented
Fast learner, can-do attitude and flexible thinker
Excellent communication skills
High energy, hard worker and good judgment
Diplomatic and able to collaborate with all other departments to achieve overall goals
Excel, Dropbox and Powerpoint mastery, a must
Video enthusiast, a must
Photoshop, Final Cut and other editing tools, a plus
Graphic design and Keynote master, a plus
% Travel Required (Approximate): 10% or less
