DESCRIPTION:
CBS Radio seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the President of CBS Radio and other corporate executives as needed. The Assistant will perform the following duties: answer a high volume of calls; heavy calendar maintenance; schedule travel arrangements and prepare itineraries; coordinate and schedule meetings; prepare T&E reports and track other expenses; and create and format PowerPoint presentations, prepare Excel spreadsheets and other written communications. There is frequent interaction with internal and external key senior executives. The role has a focus in supporting Finance. Must be able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*5+ years administrative experience supporting senior level executive(s) in a fast paced, corporate setting handling a wide range of administrative related activities.
*Intermediate to advance knowledge of the entire MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook); advanced knowledge of PowerPoint is required.
*Experience in building presentations in PowerPoint for key executive(s).
*Excellent phone manner and the ability to build relationships.
*Strong communication (both written and verbal), editing and grammatical skills.
*Must work well under pressure; be consistently accurate; and communicate well with all levels of management and staff.
*Superior organization skills; able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
*Industry knowledge and/or work experience within media is extremely helpful, but not required.
*Must be able to work 8:30 to 6:30 and overtime as needed.
