Overview and Responsibilities
Nickelodeon Games is looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and creative Senior Games Producer. The Senior Games Producer will primarily be responsible for producing several projects featuring current Nickelodeon IP.

Responsibilities:
• Reports directly to the Senior Director of Games Production.
• Produce high priority games, which are cross-platform, across multiple devices for the Nickelodeon Brand.
• Must conceptualize innovative content, design styles and game play mechanics to generate high volume traffic for Nick.com.
• Work closely with all games disciplines including games product, research, reporting, technology, development, QA and operations.
• Manage multiple projects, some with rigorous launch dates.
• Work day to day with external games developers and drive all production from concepting to Gold Master.
• Negotiate budget and timelines with external development teams.
• Work alongside senior management to drive creative strategy for Nickelodeon games.
• Attend internal meetings and effectively champion our games/strategies to stakeholders.
• Stay current with news and trends within the gaming industry.
• Be knowledgeable about ALL current and upcoming Nickelodeon shows.
• Some travel is required.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must possess a BS or BA from an accredited institution.
• Must have at least 4 years of production experience in the gaming industry.
Additional Qualifications:
• Must be flexible, collaborative, open-minded and adaptable in a fast paced and often demanding environment.
• Cannot be afraid to ask questions and take calculated risks to produce great product.
• A creative mind is key and not to be understated.
• Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
• Must be proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must be team-orientated, able to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Must work on-site, Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm.
• Must be enthusiastic and passionate about games and most importantly must be a gamer!
