DESCRIPTION:
CBS Radio is launching a Shared Service Center to service Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for all of its properties. The center will drive continuous process improvements through best practices, innovative ideas and a passion for customer satisfaction. As the Billing Associate, you will reconcile traffic logs for assigned stations, confirm non-spot products have been delivered, and produce and distribute system generated sales invoices. Specifically, this role will be responsible for:
• Ensure no discrepancies on assigned station logs, resolve discrepancies where discovered
• Audit and close logs daily
• Confirm delivery of and retain evidence of non-spot products and services
• Ensure billing cycle for each station is fully complete and accurate
• Distribute invoices to mailing center or post EDI site
• Work with station traffic teams to provide support
• Become familiar with station inventory trees, break codes and priorities
• Ensure compliance with the published policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
As an Associate, you must have ability for attention to detail with focus on exceptional customer service. In addition:
• Focus and skill at accuracy, attention to detail and consistency
• Effective time management skills
• Effective problem solving and documentation skills
• Ability to build good relationships with customers and suppliers
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• 3 years Billing experience preferred
