Snapchat is committed to providing the best possible support to Snapchatters throughout the creation and submission of On-Demand Geofilters. We're looking for thoughtful, focused, and hardworking individuals to help us create an amazing experience for Snapchatters interested in On-Demand Geofilters. As we expand our services, we’ll need more bilingual support specialists with written and spoken fluency in either Portuguese, Spanish, or French.
What you’ll do:
• Work with the On-Demand Geofilter Team to support customers as they create, submit and purchase Geofilters
• Help shape and deliver excellent customer service for On-Demand Geofilters by:
◦ Following up on Snapchatter inquiries about the On-Demand Geofilter creation and submission process
◦ Troubleshooting Geofilter activation and tool errors and correspond with submitter to make sure they have the best experience possible
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to help identify and prioritize On-Demand Geofilter questions and feedback
• Identify, suggest and implement improvements to workflow and support responses
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of experience supporting business to customer (B2C) sales online
• College degree
• Full written and oral proficiency in either Portuguese, Spanish, or French required
• Able to take direction and prioritize tasks
• Organized and detail oriented
• Effective communicator and collaborator, works well in a team environment
• Able to work efficiently in a self directed environment and balance multiple workflows
• Able to work assigned shifts which may include early mornings, late evenings and weekends
• Passionate about supporting our Snapchatters and understands what makes for a good customer experience
