The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) is responsible for product development synergy across a team of experienced and talented engineers & designers, utilizing an engineering background to recognize issues and risks, provide expert solutions to tough problems, and drive scheduled completion. The EPM will drive project development planning, schedule and final execution.

• Drive partners and integrate deliverables into the project
• Communicate project status to the entire project team
• Provide honest, fact based analysis
• Foster an open, collaborative environment
Skills and Experience Requirements:
• 5+ years of Engineering Program Management (EPM) experience
• Relationship builder with natural verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical engineering background
• Experienced in project schedule management and work breakdown structures
• Ability to work across cultures; foreign language skills not required but a plus
• Capacity to work in a fast paced, continuously changing startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively (sets clear goals, identifies roadblocks, designs solutions, and tracks progress against deadlines)
• Ability to take calculated risks to achieve engineering breakthroughs
• Can prioritize and focus; an independent thinker and problem solver.
• Lead by example. Self-motivated and driven; demonstrated commitment to take accountability and responsibility for success of large programs
Education:
• BSCS / BSEE / BSME / other technical degree, or equivalent experience
