The Marketing Revenue Center focuses on delivery CRM capabilities to colleagues; Corporate PR to get the Wiley story told; works with the Global Branding Committee to create a global Wiley 'voice and Government Affairs to proactively manage Wiley interests. Wiley’s Marketing Revenue Center nurtures customers and prospects by identifying their needs, nurturing them with relevant messaging and content, then delivering MQLs (marketing qualified leads) to our Sales teams. Working with other teams within the MRC, campaigns are developed and executed using a variety of tactics with Marketing Automation as the main platform.
The MRC Technologist will design, build, manage and execute marketing automation campaigns with an emphasis on customer and prospect nurture programs.
What you’ll do:
• Designs, builds, manages, and executes marketing automation campaigns with an emphasis on customer and prospect nurture programs
• Collaborate with campaign strategists on Marketing Automation tool capabilities to maximize campaign effectiveness; deliver on objectives
• Manage advanced campaign functionality (i.e., working with data cards, PURL pages, progressive profiling, gated forms, etc.)
• Monitor and implement best practices in deliverability and online reputation management
• Liaise with MA Strategist on campaign playbooks and needed assets (gated forms, landing pages) within campaign to optimize results; work with MA Strategist to refine campaign playbooks based on results
• Liaise with MA Strategist to ensure other Demand Generation capabilities are properly integrated with MA campaigns
• Liaise with Product Marketing to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time and in prescribed and/or acceptable format
• Liaise with infrastructure team to ensure accurate data flow
What we’re looking for:
• B.A. degree and/or equivalent certification; Certification in Eloqua
• 2-4 Years working in B2B/B2C marketing with demonstrated use of Marketing Automation tools
• Demonstrated proficiency with Marketing Automation tool
• Expert level experience with JavaScript and HTML
• Ability to meet prescribed deadlines
• Strong project management skills
