Millions of viewers around the globe experience our TV and video products through Red Bull TV, a global digital video service with a growing portfolio of applications on key platforms including Apple TV, Xbox, Chromecast, iOS, Android, Amazon Fire TV as well as Smart TV devices.The Lead Quality Assurance Manager will own and drive the definition, development, execution and optimization of Red Bull TV’s QA policies and procedures by building frameworks and workflows, comprehensive testing tools and managing internal and 3rd party testers to guarantee optimal quality across all global Red Bull TV experiences in multiple territories and languages. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in digital TV software and video delivery with a successful track record ensuring the release of high quality/premium digital platforms and products.
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
1. - 5+ years of experience owning the test processes and tools for digital products
2. - Experience managing QA teams for major digital media networks
3. - Deep understanding of the current and trending digital media landscape and its consumers across game consoles, connected TV, broadcast TV, PC, and mobile devices
4. - Direct knowledge of QA standards and processes related to content programming and consumer engagement in both VOD and Broadcast environments
5. - Knowledge of digital video technologies and advertising solutions (video encoding, streaming, codecs, players)
6. - Ability to define and effectively communicate product issues across cross functional stakeholders
7. - Strong awareness of modern UX design and digital product management methodologies
8. - Seasoned project and vendor management skills with an ability to drive planning, timelines, resourcing plans, budgets and status reporting
9. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document or present complex QA related concepts to business, technical and executive teams
