If you answered yes to these, you may be the coordinator the Creative Services team is looking to hire.
Coordinators are responsible for asset management, design coordination, and consolidation and distribution of movie/show title information required to facilitate the end-to-end artwork acquisition workflow. With guidance from Creative Services Specialists, Coordinators ensure all artwork assets have been delivered, cataloged correctly, and meet high Netflix standards.

As part of the Digital Supply Chain, the Creative Services team partners with content providers to acquire, approve, design, and publish all artwork representing titles on the Netflix service. Our purpose is to create the most compelling discovery experience to connect our 75 million subscribers in over 190 countries to the content they love.
A Typical Day Might Include:
• Prioritizing, and tracking digital assets from partner submission to publishing on the Netflix service
• Tracking title localization to ensure they are accurately represented by artwork in all necessary territories
• Review artwork to ensure it meets Netflix’s spec and quality standard
• Supporting/collaborating with multiple Specialists who embody diverse work styles, and helping those Specialists with QC, publishing, and partner communications
• Collaborating with the design team on artwork improvements
• Helping offset workflows and projects that are not supported by automated tools
• Aligning with the wider team on innovative initiatives and licensing deals
• Striving to identify inefficiencies and improve the current operational workflow

The Right Stuff:
• Extensive experience utilizing a Digital Asset Management system or similar tool set to propagate and track assets through an operational workflow (preferably entertainment related)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Spreadsheet Formulas
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Bridge
• Ability to understand, advocate, and embody the company's values and team goals
The Right (Extra) Stuff:
• B.A./B.S.
• Expertise with ActionScripts, AppleScripts, and other automation tools doesn’t hurt
• Experience using additional Adobe Creative Suite programs is a plus
• Fluency in a secondary language
