DESCRIPTION:
Hot AC Fresh 102.7 in New York is looking for local part time on-air staff to complement our radio station. Responsibilities include the performance of live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative; monitoring the music and commercial logs for the air shift; ensuring that promotions and contests are executed properly; operating the control board; production work; personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years major market experience and knowledge of FCC rules. Demo/Air check must accompany resume to be considered. You must have a good on air voice and be an excellent communicator, very creative and have solid production skills. In addition you must possess:
• Strong working knowledge of audio equipment necessary for on-air and production execution, including on-air digital system "Audio Vault."
• Knowledge of the format and the demographic/audience.
• Phone skills, social media savvy, good on-air voice and strong track record.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
