Duties: Business critical payroll specialist position supporting the ongoing payroll operations of the Company. The position will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee and partner payroll inquiries through direct interaction and/or remedy ticket submissions, Executive level ticket (service/inquiry) management, general payroll taxation inquiry management, managing payroll disbursement issue resolution activities that include the issuance and tracking of stop payment requests, ACH reversals and payment reissuance, assisting in the processing of specialized and/or periodic payroll transactions, payroll inquiry metric reporting and ad hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent related work experience, have strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate an understanding of the payroll and payroll tax processes and have strong system reporting/data management abilities.
Working knowledge/experience with PS HCM/payroll is a plus.
