AEG Live, the live-entertainment division of Los Angeles – based AEG, is dedicated to all aspects of live contemporary music performance: touring, one-offs, broadcasts, sponsorship, festivals, special events with fourteen regional offices and thirty-seven state-of the-art venues.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Manager, Global Partnerships is responsible for generating sponsorship revenue from all AEG Live assets in The United States specifically around our Mid West Festivals.
This role and will be based in AEG Live’s Midwest offices, reporting into Vice President of Sales.

Overview
The candidate we select into this key role will have a proven sales track record in building successful partnerships with FORTUNE 500 organizations.
Examples of Duties:
•Develop and execute a short and long term Corporate Partnerships Sales & Services business plan.
• Provide strategic direction, and take a lead position, on maintaining existing partnerships while developing new national and local partnerships to maximize revenue.
• Responsible for all Corporate Partnerships operations including budget formulation and control, capital expenditures, sales and financial reporting.
• Manage and maintain the revenue and expense budgets for Corporate Partnerships.
• Collaborate with Executive Director, Corporate Partnership Sales to develop new business categories, inventory, and prospect targets for Corporate Partnership sales team.
• Collaborate with Senior Director, Corporate Partnership Services to effectively plan and execute all renewals, partner recaps and delivery of ROO and ROI to all partners.
• Other duties as assigned by Senior Vice President Corporate Partnership Sales & Services and Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer.
Required Qualifications
•A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree.
•More than seven (5)+ years of sales experience within the sponsorship sales industry (an entertainment background is a plus).
•Expertise in identifying opportunities and developing strategies.
•Exemplary problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to synergize the efforts of individuals and teams from multiple AEG business units to accomplish the goals of the company.
