Horizon Media, Inc., headquartered in New York City, is the largest independent media services company in the world. We are currently looking to hire an Assistant Plannerin our Digital Department. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a forward-thinking agency.
• Supports team managed by Associate Director· Responsible for ensuring team delivers on high quality of handling details
• Navigates process and has sole responsibility for developing plans
• Helps with planning and strategy with developing competitive reviews and pulling syndicated research
• Ensures smooth campaign launches- QA Launches and provides screenshots
• Helps with campaign maintenance -Helping to handling IOs, specs, TI sheets and pulling reports and monitoring activity
• Shadows MP/AM to learn the planning process
• Helps provide coverage for Media Planner
• Ensures timeliness and accuracy of deliverables within HMI
• Provides media intelligence to grow client’s knowledge base
• Responsible for competitive reviews and helping with Nielsen research
• Responsible for documenting meetings and action items via conference reports
Requirements:
• 4 year college degree
• Strong Organization and attention to details
• Basic knowledge of computer and programs
• Good Math skills
• Good Communication skills
• Good phone manner
• Willingness to learn and ask questions
• Ability to listen and think problems through
