The TRG Inside Sales Rep is responsible for seeking out new revenue to exceed established sales goals in the Inside sales environment. The role exists to manage and grow current customer base and identify new prospects from the business segment best reached through the inside sales channel, that result in new business for the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue expectations.
• Expected to maintain and grow revenue from existing customer base and improve customer loyalty.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans which identify sales strategies, assess revenue potential and trends, outline targeted activities to maximize revenue opportunities from existing customer base, managing all resources necessary to drive incremental revenue and forecasting revenue.
• Identify new prospects through the use of provided sales tools (CRM systems, research tools, windows programs, online meeting software and others)
• Understand and articulate our value proposition and full portfolio of offerings through the inside sales channel
• Contact customers and prospects/leads via telephone and email in order to persuade them to buy a product or service
• Execute and finalize the sales process through the inside sales channel to acquire new customers and new business by developing an understanding of customer needs, risks and challenges
• Skillfully overcome and professionally resolve any customer buying hesitation
• Follow prescribed coaching guidelines and sales process to meet established goals
• Apply feedback given to enhance success; Develop and grow personal skill set and knowledge
• Manage and prioritize leads as they progress through the sales process, while providing ample attention to current customers
• Complete assigned work autonomously, with guidance from your leaders, as appropriate
• Drive results and measure success by meeting or exceed sales goals
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 4 year college degree
• Previous sales experience
