We are currently seeking a Junior Digital Media Analystto help continue our expansion in our Digital Analytics Department. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of digital metrics; both from a brand and direct response perspective as well as a track record of successfully building analytic approaches across a broad mix of digital clients. Job Description:
Communicate concise data points, trends, and measurement strategies to a broad audience - from development and technical experts to traditional brand managers. In this role, you will work closely across the media planning and brand strategy teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies / approaches that match back to campaign and brand goals. Help develop clear and concise dashboarding tools that will deliver information in an intelligent and digestible manner to our digital media buyers. Beyond creating these reports, you will be tasked with analyzing the information and bringing forward insights, results, and suggesting optimizations to improve results across a mix of channels. Though reporting prowess is important, the ideal candidate must be able to peel through the layers of reported data, disregarding the unnecessary, and deliver analysis and insight in a constructive and concise manner both internal and external client constituents
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, identify trend drivers, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications.
• Exposure to mobile, social, tablet measurement approaches as well as understanding of role of attribution and paths to conversions · Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Creative / curious approach to ramping up understanding aspects of digital advertising, digital media strategy and standard media measurement
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to aggregate information and data from multiple sources
• Experience managing and coordinating efforts across various teams/offices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey and package technical findings in layman’s terms
