The Creative Manager drives the development of custom creative content and ensures flawless tracking and reporting. This position is an integral piece in the success of launching and managing digital campaigns from production through activation and ultimately reconciliation. Building long-term relationships both internally and externally with vendors and the client will be crucial to success in the role.
The Creative Manager will:
• Act as the liaison between client, publishers and creative vendors
• Manage creation of custom units for multiple campaigns. This includes managing asset delivery, production timelines and client approvals.
• Gather and compile creative specs from all publishers and liaise with creative agency to answer questions and manage deadlines
• Ensure all creative is complete and meet site specifications
• Coordinate implementation of ad-serving (trafficking), rich media, branding studies, and all other advertising technologies
• Work with client team to coordinate implementation of tracking tags
• Launch campaigns, provide Q&A and troubleshoots all technical issues
• Monitor campaign delivery daily and work with publishers to ensure campaigns are pacing toward full delivery
• Work with Media Team to review weekly reporting and give input on creative level recommendations. Work with client and creative agency on implementation.
• Prepare monthly billing reconciliations and work with billing to liaise with publishers
• Compile POVs on relevant creative trends (ex. New ad units, new video executions, etc)
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Associate Degree (Business or Graphic Design preferred)
• Experience in developing digital advertising creative
• Highly organized & capable of working on multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience with online ads a plus
• Passion for the entertainment industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in fast paced and creative environment
