The Manager, Client Pricing & Profitability will be responsible for the preparation of client pricing exercises for new and existing clients along with the presentation of client profitability analysis, utilization charts and monitoring of the time tracking system, Replicon. The Manager, Client Pricing & Profitability will report to the SVP, Controller.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the time tracking system, Replicon
• Prepare profitability and time reports as requested
• Develop and enhance existing profitability analysis
• Create process to measure new business staffing plans against actual hours
• Develop method of budgeting and analyzing time by client
• Assist SVP, Controller in preparation of new and existing business costing exercises
• Prepare monthly utilization schedules
• Prepare monthly capitalized salaries report
• Prepare weekly delinquent report

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of Accounting experience
• Prior experience in financial analysis
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience in the media industry is a plus
• Detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Be proactive and self-motivator with the ability to learn quickly
