We are currently seeking an Associate Director, Mobile Strategy to fill an opening in our Mobile Department. This role drives development of client mobile business and develops and cultivates key partnerships to grow HMI capabilities and visibility.
Digital Group Focus
• Serves as an expert on mobile marketing and buying practices and thought leader on emerging opportunities
• Transfers knowledge, best practices, and HMI vision for buying approaches, analytics and tracking, day-to-day operational management, mobile channel allocation, emerging opportunities and new partnerships
• Monitors campaign delivery and provides daily and/or weekly and/or monthly counsel on digital strategy
• Mobile marketing and buying expert
• Coordinates with HMI Sr. Management and other ADs to share insight on pricing trends, research, campaign learnings, client and vendor relationships and process
• Educates internal teams and clients on the mobile landscape
• Emerging channel planning
• Consistently bring new media and technology ideas to team for application/brainstorming
• Management and morale building
• Optimize people and resource management
• Acting as a mentor and providing conduits for professional growth among the team
• Recognizing and developing individual growth via Performance Coach
HMI Focus
• Actively involved in education of internal and external teams on mobile capabilities
• Participation in new business
• Collaboration with internal brand strategy and activation groups for planning
Client and External Partnership Focus
• Drives development of client’s mobile business
• Develops and cultivates key partnerships to grow HMI capabilities and visibility
• Active participation at conferences and on industry panels, speaking events, and committees
• Oversee submission for awards and industry case studies

Requirements:

Background:
• BA/BS required
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in interactive media, marketing, and team management that includes progressive responsibilities
• Media and Financial Services industry experience is preferred
• Expert in AdService Technologies, ie, MediaMind, Medialets and DFA
• Proficient in Rich Media technology
• Excellent writer/verbal communication and effective problem solving skills
• Exceptional eye for detail/organizational skills
• Proven experience developing persuasive presentations
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to conduct comprehensive client-facing research
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-pace environment
