We are currently looking to hire a Director, Data Science in our Direct Marketing Division. The Director, Data Science will be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing solutions that help leverage data to drive incremental business results for DM clients. The ability to leverage data and provide the blueprint of measurement for test & learn strategies will be critical to success and the ideal candidate will have experience across a wide range of functions:
• Building consensus internally & externally
• Team building / mentoring
• Data Visualization
• ROI Modeling & Media Optimization
• Fractional attribution within digital space
• Learning agendas & test design
This position will report directly into VP, Managing Partner of Direct Marketing Division and will serve as a analytics partner across the division. It will be expected that this position effectively builds build trust and maintains relationships both externally and internally.
Requirements:
• Leverage data analysis to drive business performance across a broad range of businesses within DM practice
• Partner with VP, Data Operations / Direct Marketing practice to assess existing methods for attribution of vanity response clients and develop solutions to further differentiate our approach
• Partner with WHERE team to help integrate tactical tools to help differentiate Direct Marketing practice offering
• Develop cross-functional solutions across Digital and Direct analytics practice: streamline reporting processes, participate in selection of attribution partners
• Develop Cross channel analytics platform that diagnoses and improves marketing performance.
