The EVP, Client Management is currently looking for an Assistantwho will be responsible for day-to-day organizational management, ad-hoc projects, and various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Answering and rolling calls, scheduling, coordinating and maintaining appointments/meetings, maintaining files, booking travel arrangements, expense reports, and coordinating all other special projects
• Create presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Keynote
• Act as liaison with other internal departments and external contacts to execute assignments and represent EVP in a professional and efficient manner
• Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports, filing, etc.)
• Provide personal assistance on various projects and activities
• Assist with departmental projects and events, including creative development and production, as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Team player who operates in a fast-paced setting
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly to changing business needs
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills needed
• Ability to multi-‐task in fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and social platforms
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Demonstrated self-‐starter with the ability to organize and establish administrative procedures independently and work under pressure
• Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-‐level executives
• A professional phone manner and good interpersonal skills are required
