The Program Manager is responsible for all third-party contributor-facing websites (CFWs), including their content, workflows and data integration with our enterprise systems. contributors.
They will not only develop and implement appropriate content, but will:
• Develop and drive the CFWs to maximize their full potential as a cost-effective communication tools reaching and servicing all of Getty Images’ contributors, including potential contributors,in meaningful ways.
Plan, scope and drive the further development of CFWs, in terms of site content and functionality, to position them as the indispensable working tools personalized to the unique needs of contributors from each segment of the Getty Images’ Contributor community.
Manage and improve all Contributor Relations systems to effectively communicate departmental policy and track and report on Contributors data.
• Writing /researching /editing /updating site content to communicate key needs of Contributor Relations/ Creative/ Getty Images in a manner that is motivating for all Getty Images Contributors and that will deepen the company’s relationship with its contributors.
• Manage and update Contributor tracking databases, to ensure all data held is up to date to support the broader Contributors Relations’ Strategy
• Build policy FAQ database for both internal/external use, to help drive efficiencies within the Contributors Relations team, whilst supporting goals of the wider Creative team
• Increase email communications frequency and circulation to Contributors to help drive efficiencies within the Contributor Relations team, whilst supporting goals of the wider Creative team
• Plan and Project Manage the development of increased CFWs functionality, working across departments and with the third party vendors who develop those websites.
• Coordinating translation and localisation across CFWs and setting strategy for improvements.
• Monitoring, Analyzing and Reporting Site traffic to Contributors Relation team, and as required to the wider Creative team.
• Act as a subject matter expert for all Contributor data issues within larger infrastructure, mobile, finance and IT teams, working to support and lead project as appropriate.
• Handle Contributors’ queries
• Manage the translation and development budget for CFWs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Minimum of 5 years relevant and/or management experience in this field
• Solid journalistic/ editor role experience, with an emphasis on business PR experience, that displays a keen sensitivity to potential issues, and an ability to communicate often complex and controversial information, to key stakeholders, in a very posit
• Proven ability in writing and editing content for websites, press releases and marketing features, plus proofing and subbing experience
• Proven ability in project managing the development of site functionality and usability plus database analysis & HCI/Usability expertise
• Proven ability in using Content Management Systems to upload and or edit content
• Knowledge of the Visual Content Industry
• Demonstrable experience in isolating and identifying future “issues” and proactively managing the expectations of the key stakeholders to whom those issues pertain
• Strategic understanding of the potential of the digital medium as a communication tool
• Proven ability to co-ordinate and communicate at all internal organizational levels, and externally, to drive projects to completion
• Cross departmental Project Management & ability to work with and drive cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams
• Software: MS Office, Mac OS, Access, Photoshop, Excel, Content Management Systems
Education and Certifications
• Relevant Degree preferred
