Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a Production Coordinator (Contractor)for its Events department. This individual will report to the Director, Events. This position will support the day-to-day planning and execution of US marketing events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as primary support for Event leads, assisting in event logistics, vendor management and on-site production support.
• Build production spec sheets, schedules, and event guides for assigned events.
• Ensure internal and external partners are aligned with production timelines and deliverables.
• Act as onsite production lead coordinating with Venues, AV, Catering, Décor, etc. for proper load-in and load-out at events.
• Oversee all event equipment inventory and inbound/outbound for events.
• Research venues, vendors and 3rd party partners as needed.
• Assist with hotel and/or travel arrangements.
• Administrative duties include managing invoices, POs, ticket requests, etc.
Qualifications
• Duration: May - November (Flexible)
• San Francisco-based, no relocation allowance will be provided
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in event production/management required. Agency experience a plus.
• “Get it done” attitude with problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and work assignments.
• Experience in managing vendors, people, equipment, and timelines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, self-motivated, energetic, and uses time productively and efficiently.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Travel required.
