The Role
The New York office is seeking an Assistant to support an Executive in our Digital Department focused on Branded Entertainment. This team is focused on partnering with brands, digital distribution platforms, and advertisers to create original content and strategic, multi-platform partnerships.
The ideal candidate should be digitally fluent with a knowledge of distribution platforms and influencers. The individual should be passionate about marketing and positioning brands within the digital landscape with an appetite to learn and grow. Assistants are an important part of the CAA structure, and it is hoped that the successful candidate will ultimately become an Executive within the company.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support, including heavy phones, coordinating meetings, schedules and travel, preparing expense reports, and producing correspondence
• Create marketing materials including but not limited to PowerPoint decks, and one sheets
• Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed
Qualifications
• Experience or demonstrated interest in marketing and brand entertainment partnerships
• At least one year of experience in ad/marketing agency a plus
• General understanding of digital landscape
• Interest in entertainment and pop culture – follows influencers, trends, music, and blogs
• Strong command of PowerPoint
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Solutions oriented with a strong sense of initiation
• Ability to pull insights and present research
