Required Skills:
What you’ll be doing:
• Analyzes business processes and synthesizes complex information into clear process models and process documentation
• Responsible and Accountable for obtaining requirements, documentation of business processes and translate complex information into clear process models and process documentation
• Creating the Project Business Cases with Business Partners and PM’s
• Interviewing our Business Partners, Job shadowing, workshops, etc.
• Provide support for project management, business partners and IT department (where needed)
• Involved in the Enhancements Process
• Working with the PM’s and stakeholder in the following: Methodology and artifacts
• User acceptance testing and the scope definition and inputs on project estimation
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by facilitating information sharing and team cooperation
What we’re looking for:
• University or College degree with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science
• 5-6 years of experience in gathering requirements for and understanding of complex work flows across various departments
• 4+ years of proficiency with MS Office, as well as Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience working on product road maps and phasing
• Experience working in Agile and Continuous Integration software development environments
• Experience working with infrastructure requirements
• Understanding of functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience in writing technical documents i.e. user manuals, design specifications, development specifications
• Experience developing use cases
• Proven success working in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to deal with uncertainty with requirements and design
• Demonstrated ability to highlight gaps and define impact
• Ability to lead meetings with stakeholders of all levels
• Fluent in English with a track record of presenting to and influencing senior management
• Ability to work in a start-up style environment, where iterations is encouraged
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Other technical skills:
◦ Jira (strongly required but not mandatory)
◦ Microsoft project (Nice to have)
◦ Any well-known testing tool i.e.: Panaya, HPQC (strongly required but not mandatory)
