About the Role
• Coordinate communications, respond to emails, and interface with clients
• Schedule meetings and appointments internally
• Prepare and manage extensive travel itineraries
• Prepare and reconcile expenses
• Arrange events, internally and externally
• Maintain an organized filing system for electronic documents
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant experience in administrative support
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, project management and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, G Suite skills a plus
