Role: Director/Senior Manager, Partner Program Marketing
Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA – HQ
Do you want to be a part of the best Partner Marketing team in the global technology industry? We're looking for a talented and passionate product marketer to drive messaging and awareness for our Global Partner Program. In this role, you'll create the messaging on the value of the Partner Program – from why new Consulting Partners should join (recruitment) to providing the tools needed to help existing Partners grow their business (Partner Marketing Center and the AppExchange listing to customers). You'll work with senior leadership globally to craft our Partner Program messaging, content creation, and campaign execution — all aligned to our overall Industries & Partners strategies and narrative.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Partner Program organization to create messaging and positioning that inspires
• Create effective materials that make it easy for Partners to understand our Partner Program, Cloud/product capabilities, and what makes Salesforce uniquely Salesforce
• Work with senior executives regionally to develop & execute campaigns to recruit new Consulting Partners
• Develop the go-to-market strategy on how and where we deliver the unique value proposition of our Partner Program
• Grow our Partner at Scale efforts – from increasing the number of Partners using the resources in the Partner Marketing Center to creating compelling content and campaigns that keeps Partners coming back
• Work closely with our Partner Communications team to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience at the right time
• Track, measure and report against objectives
• Lead and motivate a team of talented partner marketers
Required Skills/Experience:
• 10+ years experience in marketing with a strong B2B technology product marketing background, and an emphasis in campaigns and/or partner marketing is desired
• Highly motivated team player with high energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
• Strategic and analytical thinker, while also having strong creative skills
• Experience creating and building relationships and engaging partners and sales teams – experience working with Executives, Consulting Partners, and ISVs is desired
• Strong executive presence with proven ability to present in formal and informal settings
• Robust written and verbal communications, high credibility presence
• Proven ability to manage up, down, and across effectively
• Metrics-driven marketing mind and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic working environment and build excellent rapport with internal teams
• Degree in Marketing or related field required - MBA desired
• Experience using Salesforce is a huge plus
