IMDb.com is looking for a Senior Art Director to create best-in-class customer experiences for IMDb's Original and Events team. As part of the IMDb team, and reporting to the Head of UX, you will be responsible for concepting digital and physical activations for events such as San Diego Comic-con, Cannes, Emmys, Golden Globes, Oscars, SXSW, Sundance Film Festival and more. In addition, this role will be responsible for creating and updating brand identities and activations for our internal original video programs. In addition, this role will create templates and standards that will be used throughout these activations for onsite, on-set and third party platforms.

Can you develop a vision, quickly bring concepts to life with mockups and prototypes and quickly evolve and refine these designs into a fully fledged experience? The ideal candidate will have a deep portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence in bringing major brands and products to life. This role is for a highly capable creative leader who can direct internal and external creative resources, and has the composure and communication talent to effectively present to senior executives. Prior experience in an agency or internal marketing team is preferred.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ years of experience as a creative in digital product marketing or advertising
• Strong understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use within marketing
• Portfolio demonstrating big creative campaigns that extend across multiple mediums
• Exceptional design skills, including layout, typography, video, and motion design
• Data-driven and obsessed with the measurable impact of a campaign. Demonstrated ability to impact KPIs.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a number of teams and departments.
• Ability to meet aggressive timelines while maintaining a high design bar.
• Excellent presentation skills and storytelling ability.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent working experience and knowledge of Sketch and the full Adobe Creative Suite. Deep understanding of digital and new media.
• Innate curiosity to learn new tools and applications related to creative outputs.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
