We are seeking a Campaign Manager to oversee all Enterprise Marketing campaigns. They will be collaborating with internal stakeholders helping to implement and optimize campaigns, including working to maintain and improve the lifecycle for Enterprise prospects and customers. They will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the programs, and ensuring integration across departments. The candidate should have experience with Salesforce CRM as well as ABM tools.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for executing integrated marketing programs in partnership with corporate and enterprise marketing leaders
• Understand the targets for enterprise marketing initiatives (customer expansion, net-new, and partnerships), identify and acquire the right contacts from the sales and marketing database for targeted accounts. Fill contact gaps by leveraging augmentation and third party vendors.
• Develop coordinated campaign flows leveraging assets developed by creative services to drive engagement at target accounts
• Coordinate execution across channels including coordinated sales touchpoints, mail, email, events, and web personalization
• Track, report, and optimize account based marketing (ABM) campaigns
• Coordinate execution across automation, CRM, sales cadence, and ABM technologies
• Create marketing landing pages inclusive of contact and lead capture in accordance with internal best practice standards
• Construct advanced email, SMS, and WeChat nurture automations in support of campaigns
• QA campaigns before launch to ensure proper routing, tracking, data flow, and execution
Requirements:
• 4+ years of B2B campaign execution with at least 2 years of Enterprise campaign execution
• Must have experience working with Salesforce CRM
• Must have experience with integrated marketing campaign execution and operations
• Must have experience with enterprise marketing tactics, technologies, and strategies
• Experience building and launching cross-channel campaigns
• Experience coordinating campaign execution between sales and marketing
• Experience using account based marketing (ABM) technologies a plus
• Scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit towards problem-solving and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
• A deep interest in the WeWork mission to help creative people around the world bring their projects to life
