Job Purpose:
Assists with the management and sales of private event bookings at WeWork locations in Chicago.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and manage private event rentals.
• Execute processes for event booking.
• Maintain internal operating systems.
• Maintain brand identity throughout programming and coordination
General Duties
• Evaluate and liaise with external enquiries for private events.
• Coordinate private events.
• Liaise closely with the operations team to ensure all booking details are accurately communicated to meet client expectations.
• Manage relationships and execute contracts for private event bookings.
• Promote and close sales of private event spaces.
• Create and develop promotional pages and supporting materials for events as needed.
• Establish and foster new relationships that drive desks sales and increase brand awareness for the properties.
• Attend any meetings or training sessions or courses as required.
• Assist fellow employees to perform similar or related jobs as and when necessary.
• Continuously seek out opportunities to learn and improve the knowledge of the job.
• Undertake any reasonable request made by a member of management.
• Achieve set Key Performance Objectives and Indicators and complete all other duties, tasks and projects as required by the Team.
• Effectively use the in house system to manage the booking procedure for small and medium sized Groups and Events ensuring processes and actions are followed in-line with company standards.
• Ensure allocated leads are responded too in line with company selling guidelines and revenue is maximized from all inquiries.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in events or a related field.
• Sales and/or hospitality experience a bonus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
• Hospitable demeanor.
• Self-starter and fast learner.
