Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Treasury to build a world class treasury cash management organization. As Director of Treasury, you will be responsible for owning and designing Uber’s banking infrastructure supporting forecasting, planning, budgeting, and management reporting and analytics. You will oversee and scale a global team with presence in multiple locations and supporting Uber businesses in 800+ cities in 60+ countries. You will create platforms to support existing and new lines of business across the company and redesign and build new products. You will be a leading Treasury during an exciting time as it looks to progress into a public company.

What You’ll Do
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Treasury department
• Support global expansion and establishment of new entities worldwide
• Develop, implement and maintain bank account structures
• Be responsible for the liquidity management for all entities
• Continually optimize our investment portfolio
• Develop and prepare cash forecast
• Manage all relationships with financial institutions supporting our cash management operations
• Implement hedging programs for foreign exchange and interest rate exposures
• Develop reporting package for executive team and Board on our liquidity and key cash management operating metrics
What You’ll Need
• 10+ years of treasury experience at a top corporate or financial institution
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• CTP or CFA is highly recommended, MBA is a plus
• Experience in a global high-growth start-up or large multi-national preferred
• Great communication skills, well organized, strong project management skills, ability to multitask and be a team player is a must
