As Director, Global Sales Development, you will generate high-quality pipeline for the sales organization to drive and close. You will develop and execute a strategic plan to globalize and harmonize our Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams located around the world. You will bring prior success of building high performing, multi-site SDR teams and you will know what it takes to get results through and alongside people. You will lead with a selfless approach, constantly paying attention and offering constructive feedback to help your people shine. Your planning strategies should reach a conclusion and you will push the team to achieve and exceed KPIs. You will also know the importance of developing a great sales process and deploying and leveraging enablement tools to support your team.
What you will do:
• Develop and execute a global SDR strategy to support a growing commercial organization.
• Hire, coach and lead a high performance, global SDR team to achieve aggressive lead generation goals (across multiple countries)
• Contribute to territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities
• Drive team business development, prospecting and lead qualification activity and results in order to achieve strategic goals
• Collaborate with marketing to develop role, industry, segment and geographically appropriate business playbooks, tools, processes, workflows and guides with messaging, scripting and positioning
• Establish key relationships cross-functionally with sales and marketing leaders to ensure cross-channel coordination, process agreement, attribution methodology, and agreement on any maximizing spend overlays and their objectives
• Champion the use of enablement technology - use data and critical thinking to drive key decision-making: analyze and report on lead targets/trends and optimize campaigns and programs
• Communicate strategy, progress and results to executive leadership

• You have demonstrated success building and establishing successful teams with evidence of consistently exceeding targets
