We are looking for a product management leader to drive our global Business Intelligence and Data product.
Our data platform is a mix of both cloud-based and traditional on-premise services that provides analytics for our global customers, internal business teams, and new product initiatives, as well as supporting third-party integrations. You will bring innovation, a strategic perspective, a passionate voice, and an ability to prioritize and execute on a fast-moving set of product priorities, competitive pressures, and market opportunities.
What You Will Do:
• Drive the product strategy for the Egencia BI and data team through a deep understanding of our external and internal customer needs globally
• You will partner with key business leaders to continue building our enterprise reporting and analytics offerings and implementing a roadmap that supports Egencia’s strategic and operational goals
• Manage a team of product managers who set the product vision, roadmap, product scenarios, user stories, and backlogs for their teams
• Accountable for using an agile BI approach to deliver reporting and analytics solutions that are scalable, secure, and conform to best practices while leveraging relevant innovations in the industry
• You have the ability to develop strategies and approaches to advance reporting and analytics systems from descriptive and diagnostic to predictive and prescriptive capabilities
• Manage data governance and stewardship processes, including relationships with other Expedia Group brands
• Work closely with marketing to help determine positioning, messaging, product launches and go-to-market strategies
• You will present Egencia product capabilities, vision, value propositions, and roadmap to customers, prospects, the sales and account management teams, and at other public events
What You Bring:
• You have a background in data and data warehousing, including front-end reporting and analytics tools, ETL strategies, data governance and knowledge of new cloud-based data architecture
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to ramp up quickly on data infrastructure and become an expert across our different lines of business
• You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across the organization at senior levels
• Work in a complex, diverse and changing environment
• 10+ years’ of experience in Reporting and Analytics product leadership. A passion to mentor others and grow your team.
• You embrace creativity and have delivered innovative products in your career
• Passionate about travel and have lots of ideas about how to redefine the business travel experience
• Bachelor’s degree required, an MBA a plus
