Who We Want
As the Client Success Director for Global Accounts you will be responsible for client program success and retention. In this role you will identify and execute strategic business solutions that will allow our clients to thrive and reach measurable results working with Bazaarvoice products. We need someone to aim for over-achievement against the business goals of our clients by truly becoming their strategic partner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Discover and influence the client's internal metrics for success of the program and ensure the client knows how to achieve and measure those results
• Advise on strategies and tactics to create healthy customer community
• Advise clients on additional ways to maximize the value of the Bazaarvoice products and solutions by incorporating user-generated content into all online and offline operations, including marketing, merchandising, customer service, product development, and distribution relationships
• Help key stakeholders understand the value they are receiving from Bazaarvoice
• Manage client health by identifying, documenting and working with multiple teams to mitigate risk and increase client satisfaction
• Drive the adoption of our self-service client portal and our support team to satisfy as many client needs as possible
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
• Significant experience in account management ideally within software, online and or other marketing/eCommerce technologies
• Terrific relationship building and skills
• Marketing program management experience, preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple global accounts concurrently
