What You'll Do
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution for all Americas Service Provider marketing in alignment with Region, Segment and our Business Unit business goals. You will collaborate with Americas SP Sales, Americas Marketing and Communications, and Global SP Marketing to implement marketing plans that deliver incredible results.
• Lead Strategy, Operations and Budget -- Data and insights drive your marketing mix and your strategic plans to deliver on sales goals. With the SP Americas team, you will develop and drive four strategic routes to revenue, across four vertical industry and segment pillars, with operational excellence. You will lead with a drive-to-action mindset, for outcomes and impact and with effective pace. You build trusted relationships across Marketing, Sales, and Partners to deliver a full marketing portfolio and clearly demonstrate ROI.
• Experienced People and Team Developer – You will continue to lead the team through transformation as our business, our revenue models and marketing as a function continue to transform around us. You will build future leaders and great teams. You manage and evolve the Americas SP marketing model, role clarity, and relationships with other organizations.
• Innovative Marketer -- You lead and develop an extraordinary team of modern digital and agile marketing practices to increase our efficiency and improve our ability to directly impact sales. And for our top accounts in Americas, you oversee, develop and accelerate a world-class account based marketing team. You lead with an external orientation with a center on customer, partner, and market-in. You encourage innovation and create a team culture of it.
• Modern Communicator -- You partner with PR, media, social and omni-channel to optimize communications and digital customer engagement in Americas for Service Provider to deliver digital media strategy, tactics, optimizing digital engagement, extending relationships w Customers and Partners, and anticipating needs to proactively promote to them. You will transform event experiences and build ongoing engagement journeys with our key audiences in region. You will oversee and optimize media plans and provide direction to our designated media agency.
• Build Strategic Relationships – You communicate effectively to influence and establish impactful relationships with business partners including: Region leaders, SLT, peers, customers, partners, influencers and vendors.
• Business Knowledge—You will accelerate our Service Provider business and our solutions in the Americas market with a keen lens to the different business imperatives driving our customer verticals. And whether Telco and Mobile customers, Cable and Media industry leaders or the newest disruptors in Web, you will localize messaging and value propositions for our Americas markets. And as our customers consume solutions in differing ways, you will also drive Managed Services offerings, with a growing portfolio of software, understanding full customer lifecycle engagement and recurring revenue models.

You will have:
• 10+ years of B2B Marketing and Sales leadership experience, preferably in tech.
• Experienced and consistent track record of accomplishment in creating and leading sustainable high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated digital marketing success.
• Significant experience in marketing through multiple go-to-market channels including managed service providers, resellers, and strategic partners.
• Preferably career success in large global brands.
• Expertise in Account Based Marketing (ABM)
