Responsibilities:
• Build the operating model for the key Marketing Cloud programs, which will include all the necessary strategy and leadership forums and communication channels, as well as the release planning and execution ‘engine’.
• Drive transparency and decision making through the cross cloud and cross functional leadership team of your programs.
• Own and run various key forums, including planning and strategy meetings with Marketing Cloud executives, monthly reviews, and program workgroups.
• Drive key cloud initiatives by leading alignment on program scope, release planning, aligning multiple teams and functions vision, business goals, program structure, and cross-functional support.
• Work with multiple delivery teams to drive accountability of technical project planning and delivery.
• Develop trusted relationships with key technology and functional leaders & stakeholders to drive focus on the strategic program objectives and optimize program delivery. This includes supporting and holding resources accountable for their responsibilities within the program.
• Translate business objectives into execution strategy (tactical and strategic), lead and successfully execute the strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership.
• Provide visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) on an ongoing basis. Ensure data is collected to appropriately inform decision making for mitigating risks and resolving issues.
• Manage ‘program/feature’ dependencies across multiple teams, scrum teams, functions, divisions and stakeholders.
• Utilize Agile mindset to create a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning; promote continuous improvement.
• Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering on program objectives. Drive for clarity to keep teams moving forward.
• Provide “go to” leadership, transparency, and visibility to the entire Technology & Products organization.
• Seek to continuously grow by proactively seeking and embracing constructive feedback. Provide the same level of feedback to colleagues to encourage an open and collaborative culture.
• Monitor and resolve end-to-end process for things like: repeating pain points/sticking points, blockers. Build plans and mitigations to address pain points to ensure the alacrity of the cloud and/or program.
• Be a thought leader within the organization, someone who can help advance our Product & Technology strategy globally and challenge others in the organization to change.

• Experience in building an operational model for organizations/business units. Proven track record in bringing clarity to ambiguous situations.
• 12+ years of strong Enterprise Software program management experience on progressively more complex and simultaneous programs.
