Responsibilities:
• Work with key stakeholders in the Inventory Process (Development, Logistics, Operations, Tax, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, SOX, Business Systems).
• Oversee global intercompany inventory transfers/sales
• Create timelines and project plans for key initiatives
• Work with key stakeholders to define solutions for business need while maintaining SOX compliance
• Develop long-term solutions for Move-in/Move-out and Disposal process
• Work with global teams/SOX team to coordinate and execute quarterly global inventory count audits
• Develop and execute integration between ERP and WMS systems
• Develop long-term Inventory solutions for Enterprise/PxWe business lines
• Manage team of analysts
Preferred Qualifications:
• BA Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
• 10+ years of financial systems or consulting experience (inventory experience preferred)
• CPA License a plus
• Experience with Workday or warehouse management system preferred
• Product Development or Program Management experience preferred
• Ability to problem-solve, multitask, track and organize data, present to key stakeholders, manage internal and external customers
• Desire to succeed in a data-driven, fast changing, and entrepreneurial environment
