Job Description:
• Manage the ideation and programming of partnerships within your territory with the end goal of lead generation and member retention
◦ Balance partnerships that are local and can also scale, whether it be via retention and/or size; expanding into other buildings, cities and/or markets
◦ While working closely with your Events and Programming Partner Lead, a well-planned strategy and execution of community partnerships and programmed events for the Tri-State Community
• Build and implement partnership strategy for regional communities including budgeting, processes, and programming
• Develop and nurture relationships with global and regional partners, structuring relationships and helping guide these through project management with territory teams
• Manage frequent stakeholder interactions with Community and Sales teams, as well as a wide range of other functions, including Marketing and Public Affairs
• Oversee the territory lead’s for each territory’s programming, if applicable
• Strategy, content and execution for each Partnership
• Actively create and refine best practice documents
• Be the Territory Expert: Monitors news, current events, market, and relevant industry trends
• Manage frequent stakeholder interactions with Community and Sales teams, as well as a wide range of other functions, including Marketing and Public Affairs
• Ensures compliance of local laws/restrictions for partnerships
◦ Understands and abides by all company policies, procedures, practices and philosophies.
Experience and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years of experience with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within that time frame in real estate, marketing, project management, and events management or related field
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Results driven and able to ensure completion of tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Creative thinking and flexibility -- the ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High level of personal credibility, networking and interpersonal skills, dependability, and accountability
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations
• Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and demonstrate team leadership skills
• Strategic and analytical thinker
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) and presentation software
