ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Organizational Change Management Manager, you will use Training,
Communications and Impact Assessments along with leveraging flexible fun
systemic solutions to reach a broad audience in order to ensure successful
project launches in partnership with project managers and business partners.
This role will play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and
on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change
management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and
usage and minimize resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster
adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that
impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value
creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. This team will
also be responsible for creating and maintaining on-going training and
communication platforms across Finance and HR.
Additionally, this role will create along with the Transformation Office team the
Project Life Cycle and on-going process & tools to ensure visibility over entire
Fin and HR Project Portfolio. They will partner within the team and across key
business partners to ensure status alignment and facilitate project status
tracking and reviews.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Arts / Science, ideally in a quantitative field, or equivalent
experience.
• 15+ years of relevant experience including specific experience launching
global scaleable training, communication and portfolio office solutions,
supporting rapid product launches and geo expansions across globally
diverse highly motivated and results oriented team.
• Passion for driving rapid successful growth with the mental flexibility to
adapt to new approaches and unconventional thinking in a rapidly
changing business and technical environment.
• Ability create and drive flexible tools and solutions which listen to the
pulse of Fin and HR to ensure understanding and adoption of launched
projects.
• Proven track record of developing systemic architecture to support training
and communication for Finance and HR teams rapid adoption of new tools
and processes fast paced high tech companies. Also, for creating Project
Portfolio Mgmt Office tracking and processes.
• Superior business partnering skills incl. the ability to build senior level
relationships, trust and get things done across functional boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Training and Communications certification or specialized training
especially for eLearning and complex Communications tools.
• Experience of and proven ability to be successful in a complex,
globally scaled product, sales and engineering environment, planning and
managing at both the strategic and operational level organized,
detail oriented, strategically focused.
• Good business judgment, ability to communicate effectively with
senior business partners and confidence to advocate for “the right thing to do
for the business with integrity”
