The Real Estate team is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing quality deals in buildings and sub-markets best suited for WeWork. Reporting to the EVP of Real Estate, this position plays a critical role in ensuring overall team organization, effectiveness and success in achieving goals.
Accountable for
• Support EVP with day-to-day operations to ensure the regional team runs smoothly
• Coordinate EVP’s professional schedule, inbox and overall organization
• Coordinate recurring team meetings as requested; ensure impactful, focused meetings and general team organization
• Coordinate resources needed to make effective decisions (appointments, room reservations, communication systems, etc.) and/or support team organization (ie travel and training calendar)
• Facilitate building tours, support client relationship management and deal flow management
• Capture meeting decisions and action items; when requested, distribute minutes to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Support clear communication and documentation of department resources, policies and best practices
• Discretion and confidentiality in all communication
