We’re hiring an experienced Marketing and Events Manager to develop the strategy for WeWork’s marketing, advertising, and events aimed at attracting the best people to work for us across the world.
This position will report to the Director of Talent Attraction and work closely with heads of talent acquisition, HR and senior business leaders to position WeWork as the employer of choice for target talent groups and drive applications and leads for our open and future positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for following areas:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Imagine, design, and implement global marketing, advertising, and events strategies in order to build pipeline and drive hires for full-time positions at all levels
• Design, launch and evolve a paid and organic social strategy for recruiting
• Create and share templates of successful tactics and strategies so we can grow fast and at scale
• Ensure proper roll out and change management of local and global talent marketing activities and programming through detailed project management and communications
• Research, evaluate and grow partnerships w/new and existing advertising, marketing, events, and marketing tech vendors and agencies
• Be a consultant and design custom campaigns for peers on the Talent Attraction team and business leaders in the regions alike
• Develop and report on the success of your program to senior leadership, stakeholders, and internal clients
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3-5 years’ marketing experience in a high growth company or agency (prior experience with recruitment marketing preferred)
• Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
• Experience managing agency and vendor partners
• Results driven, ability to work and execute independently as well as with cross-functional teams and regions
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or other analytic tools
• A lover of creating pitch decks and presentations
• Scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit towards problem-solving and organization
• Travel up to 30% of the time
