WeWork is seeking a proactive, and creative Campus Recruiting, Senior Associate to join our team. You will collaborate with teams across the company as well as partner with Universities across the US to attract and recruit top campus talent.
Responsibilities:
• Support the campus recruiting program and team by helping with coordination, scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and onboarding candidates.
• Support local and regional campus recruiting events by helping with event planning and execution, managing relevant data, and communicating with candidates
• Develop and build relationships with key faculty members, students and internal stakeholders
• Maintain candidate referrals and referral process
• Maintain and update candidate profiles
• Assist with the movement of candidates during the engagement and interview process
• Work with recruiters to ensure we deliver a positive experience throughout the process from application to exit.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1-2 year of related experience
• Ability to quickly learn and understand company policies, recruiting processes, procedures and internal systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Impeccable organization skills

• Ability and desire to get up to speed and start working incredibly fast!
• Job requires some travel, frequent evening and occasional weekend work during busy seasons
