What you'll do:
Based on EPS' strategic plan you will define "success" with the team (4-8 Account Managers), support and coach them to achieve that ambition.
• You will be responsible for developing and continuing to grow, improve and challenge a strong and account management team. You role includes leading business and skill based training, and ensuring delivery of our business objectives and our financial targets with the team
• Architect and implement business strategies across the region to optimize each partner relationship to help position EAN as the partner of choice in the industry
• You will work closely with the department leads including product, analytics, finance and strategy to articulate the needs of the partner base and foster a collaborative approach across the broader EAN business.
• Own and lead the sales process in the region to enhance existing partnerships (through up selling of product and services and sales optimization) and to build strong long term strategic commercial relationships, formalized in enduring contractual agreements
• You will be responsible for driving the EPS product and service strategy for the Partnerships team, lead the launch & ongoing, day-to-day performance of the EPS Partnerships and influence across other functions (including Marketing, Operations, and Technology & Site Optimization) to resolve issues as they arise
• Defining and delivering continuous improvement in marketing contribution to EAN business leveraged through insightful measurement and ROI analysis of the region and its major clients on an ongoing basis.
Who you are/what you have:
Consistent track record in successfully managing key accounts in a B2B environment
• Experienced within the airline, travel technology/distribution industry
• Proven track record in building, growing and developing high performing teams
• Outstanding communication, sales and negotiation skills
• Outstanding analytical, must be able to use data to identify underlying trends and make informed commercial decisions.
• Great numerical and problems solving skills and results driven
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Solution based approach to sales with a good understanding of technology.
• Strong customer focus and relationship building relationships
• Proven track record in influencing multiple stakeholders to get things done
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
• Strong commercial instinct and entrepreneurial drive combined with ability to be creative, take initiative and take risks
• Capacity to identify and keep up to date on global trends that effect industry and organization
• Team-player; able build unquestioning relationships and deliver projects on time
• Ability to display excellent judgment through sound, well-informed decision-making
