As the SEO Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive SEO strategies across various Groupon Coupons, Retail, and Home and Auto digital assets. You will leverage your tactical and project coordination experience in all aspects of SEO including site architecture, content, linking, and social strategies. Ensure Coupons properties and digital/social assets meet the optimal architecture, link, content and design criteria of the latest search engine algorithms to improve accessibility, transparency, rank, and relevance in search engines.

You will spend time on the following:
• You will work hand-in-hand with business partners, user experience, IT, marketing and creative teams to make sure all sites are built/optimized utilizing most current SEO standard methodologies for site architecture, content and linking strategies
• You will collaborate on a regular basis with other Groupon SEO Program Managers to ensure that Coupons and Retail SEO practices align with and inform practices for Groupon website SEO as a whole.
• You are accountable for leading/conducting technical Website audits, information architecture optimization, social media optimization, external and internal linking analysis as they relate to SEO
• You will get to identify gaps and opportunities making recommendations and tracking improvements to organic rankings and traffic on all Groupon Coupons web properties
• You will Partner with content teams to drive on and off page SEO content marketing ideas in line with set strategy
• You are going to develop testing and optimization processes to continually improve efficiencies, program performance and ambitious advantages
• You get to create reports and present findings to business partners
• You will support processes to educate writers, content managers, web developers, business partners and others on SEO standard methodologies and content optimization
• You are expected to stay current with industry developments and participate in the SEO online community
We are passionate about you if you have the following:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
• Experience executing SEO strategy for multiple and/or large web properties
We would love to see:
• Your skill through successful track record in SEO as it relates to; site architecture, content marketing, linking and social media strategies
• Knowledge of search engine criteria/algorithms, standard methodologies, trends and industry developments
• Experience with leading search engine ranking, traffic and analysis software
• The you can answer technical SEO questions by researching and providing supporting statements or examples from authoritative sources such as google.
• Excellent social skills and ability to lead multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical skills and supports recommendations and opinions with data and/or examples.
• Experience with or basic-proficiency with SQL a plus
• Proficient with web analytics applications (Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Proficient with excel, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Google Analytics certified (preferred), proficient in Google Search Console
• Passionate about digital and interactive marketing strategies and integrating marketing
• Motivated, self-starter
