RingCentral is looking for a Director of Technical Program Management to be key leader in developing RingCentral's next-generation Contact Center offering. You will partner closely with product managers, developers, and other parts of the organization to launch quality features and products. In addition, you will play a leadership role in defining, building and scaling the Program Management team for the Innovation Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define project schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning.
• Coordinate & track readiness of multiple scrum teams to ensure all requirements across functional groups including support, training, product management, Engineering, Operations, business services, billing, and ensure that all teams meets quality and delivery schedules.
• Drive weekly program reviews on Contact Center and communicate with key executive stakeholders.
• Communicate system requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with our partners in product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that makes their needs and businesses complete.
• Be a key leader in building scalable processes and infrastructure for product and release launch for the Innovation Organization.

Ideal Experience:
• 10+ years’ experience in Technical Product Program Management
• Strong preference for:
Experience in Contact Center products
Experience in Cloud, Saas, Software, or telecommunications
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
• Exceptional results in delivering technical solution to the market
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering individuals at all levels including the executive level
• Ability to lead and engage individuals and teams located across multiple geographies and or cultures.
• Experience in using Agile methodologies while managing large, complex projects with multi-function teams
