Enterprise Business Development Director
About the Role WeWork is currently seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager. This full time position is based in San Francisco and will report directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales Business Development. This individual will be responsible for working with the enterprise sales team, to support our marketing platform to generate a robust enterprise pipeline in the Fortune 500 community As a successful Enterprise Business Development Manager your primary responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to):
● Based in our HQ offices, map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology
● Develop and support outbound enterprise sales opportunities that lead to qualified pitches, signed global MSA agreements, and achieve quota of enterprise desks.
● Support enterprise event and operations strategy targeting the Fortune 500 community at global events
● Collaborate with sales & marketing team to develop enterprise marketing collateral and messaging
● Strategize with enterprise sales teams to improve sales processes Duties:
● Achieve or exceed monthly quota.
● Manage high level conversations with corporate heads of real estate, CFO’s, Heads of HR and other business leaders in target and prospect accounts.
● Develop targeted account list, outbound strategy, and marketing material to increase our enterprise pipeline.
● Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e adding contacts, sending enterprise newsletter, demand from events, and coordinating strategic meetings).
● Work in Salesforce CRM to efficiently input and track data.
● Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets.
● Communicate the WeWork brand and lifestyle to the enterprise community, to highlight our culture enhancing benefits to corporate organizations. Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree
● At least 5 years of sales experience and comfortable prospecting
● SaaS and Real Estate experience a plus
● Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM Salesforce –
● Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
