The Enterprise Real Estate team is responsible for ensuring that real estate needs are met for our growing Enterprise member base. Working closely with regional real estate teams and the global enterprise sales team, the Enterprise Real Estate team will be the lynchpin to understanding demand and sourcing prime locations to suit Enterprise needs. At a global level, the Head of Enterprise Real Estate will inform expansion planning and oversee the pipeline of enterprise deals, ensuring quality site selection and timely deal execution.
Accountable for
• Leading global expansion of real estate dedicated to Enterprise members by understanding and uncovering demand and informing regional expansion strategy
• Overseeing market growth strategy and supporting regional teams in maintaining a healthy pipeline of commercial real estate well-suited for Enterprise members
• Ensuring teams achieve timely deal conversion, advantageous deal terms and successful lease negotiations for Enterprise deals
• Contributing to regional growth strategy, expansion planning and new market entry
• Managing and developing direct reports to achieve team goals
Capabilities
• 10 or more years of relevant work experience
• Extensive background in and strong understanding of commercial real estate, particularly in brokerage and as tenant representative
• Breadth of knowledge and experience in end-to-end deal negotiation and real estate portfolio management
• Strong understanding of deal economics; superior negotiation skills
• Teamwork, cooperation, ability to take direction and develop others
• Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
• Strong time management skills and experience managing numerous deals simultaneously
• Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
• Excels under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
