We develop visions and revenue strategies for new products and business opportunities across the New Construction marketplace. We partner with the product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and finance teams to design go-to-market plans for strategic product features, launches or entire marketplaces. We innovate on behalf of the entire company, and we have a huge impact on what New Construction at ZG is today and what it will become in the future.
About the role
ZG is looking for a passionate, strategic, data-driven leader who loves ambiguity to help drive industry disruption and delight consumers and professionals with great products and solutions.
This role will allow you to set the New Construction revenue strategy, identify new business opportunities, tackle complex problems, and lead a smart, creative team. In this role you will:
• Be a key member of the Revenue Leadership team responsible for setting and evolving Zillow Group’s New Construction revenue strategy, reporting to the VP of Emerging Markets.
• Be responsible for leading cross-functional teams organized to implement new go-to-market strategies and other transformational initiatives.
• Be responsible to design and oversee the launch of pilot programs and partner with teams across the organization to scale up winning initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze the industry’s competitive landscape and make your strategic recommendations on opportunities to build, buy and/or partner to accelerate growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to attract, retain, and motivate talented individuals.
Who you are
• A dynamic collaborator who can work with people to get the right things done.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in sales, strategy, and/or product management roles.
• You have at least 7 years of management experience.
• You are an influencer and use your strong communication skills to build consensus across all disciplines and levels.
• You know how to grow and create thriving and productive organizations.
• You have strong quantitative and analytical skills; high attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• You love to learn new skills.
• MBA is strongly preferred but not required.
